Had to send a precious item to Brentford from leicester. Received a Personal, human made service. Can call, arrange, send and pay within an hour. Brilliant. They have dedicated vehicles or a mixed courier. A bit more than you'd pay the big couriers but you cannot put a price on being able to speak to someone local, and it won't get tossed around with 100s of other parcels. Friendly staff and they even waited for me when i was late (thanks so much by the way!)
